Tsvika Licht founded Clear Audio in March 2000 with seed funding from private investors.
Technology feasibility was proven in nine months and the first prototype was completed in June 2001.
Clear Audio has now initiated discussions with a variety of potential clients.
The company has several issued and pending patents on various aspects of its technology.

Tsvika Licht, Founder and CEO
Tsvika Licht has 18 years of substantial management, engineering, business and marketing qualifications.
He had senior responsibilities in the Israeli Military Intelligence R&D Centre, followed by more than 8 years in senior positions in the communications industry.
Tsvika did audio technology research at Philips in the Netherlands and worked in marketing, sales and management for Rad-Bynet and Data Group Ltd.
Tsvika holds summa cum laude degrees - a B.Sc in electrical engineering from the Haifa Technion and an M.B.A from the Tel-Aviv University.
Yakov Shulman, VP Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining ClearAudio Yakov Shulman was acting CEO of ART Advanced Recognition Technologies Ltd., for a period of one year and has directed the company's sales and marketing activities worldwide since joining ART in 1999.
Prior to that, he was an independent marketing consultant for a number of high-tech companies and served as deputy vice president of sales and marketing for Tadiran Communications & Systems.
Shulman holds an MSc and BSc in electronic engineering from the Technion Haifa - Israel Institute of Technology.
Nir Elperin, VP Business Development
Nir was for 4 years a Senior Financial and Information System Analyst for Ilanot-Batucha Investment House Ltd., one of Israel's leading investment firms. Prior thereto he was an Economist and Programmer for Economic Models Ltd., a leading Israeli macroeconomic research and large account valuations company
Nir is twice a magna cum laude graduate of Tel Aviv University with an M.B.A. in Finance in 1997 and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics in 1994.
He served for four years in the Military Intelligence Unit of the Israeli Defense Forces where he commanded teams of computer experts.
Nir is a graduate of the PMD (2003) program at the Harvard Business School.

Daniel Furman, Active chairman of the Board
Daniel Furman is the founder and Managing Director of ARBA Finance Company Ltd. He holds a B.A.in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an
M.B.A. from INSEAD, the European Institute of Business Administration in Fontainebleau, France.
Daniel is a Director of The First International Bank Of Israel , The B & E de Rothschild Israel Seed Fund L.P.,
Clear Audio Ltd, and Picom Software Ltd. Between 1993 and 2000 he served as a Director and Member of
the Investment Committee of Ilanot-Batucha, one of Israel's leading mutual funds managers.
Prior to founding ARBA in 1978, Daniel served as the Finance Manager of Aircraft Trading and Services Inc.,an international company specializing in trading and leasing commercial aircraft.
He was a Senior Consultant for National Consultants (Israel); a member of the Corporate Finance Department of Eurofinance in Paris; and an assistant to the
Vice President of Corporate Planning of Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd.

Dr. Liat Kishon-Rabin
Liat Kishon-Rabin, PhD Dr.
Liat Kishon-Rabin has been advising Clear Audio since inception. She heads the Communication Disorders Dept at the Sackler Faculty of
Medicine at Tel-Aviv University. She earned her PhD in the area of psychoacoustics at the Speech and Hearing Sciences Dept, Graduate School
of the City University of New York. Dr. Kishon-Rabin has extensive experience and numerous publications on the degrading effects of noise
on speech recognition in normal and pathological populations as well as in evaluation of speech transmission efficacy of newly developed hearing
devices and algorithms.
Yossi Cohen-Shahar
Mr. Cohen-Shahar has more then 20 years of experience in managing R&D activities in the communication field.
Yossi co-founded Proxy Software Systems Ltd., a subcontracting company that provides communication companies with software engineering services for the development of state-of-the-art software modules and entire systems. Between 1990 and 1995, Mr. Cohen-Shahar worked for Motorola as a project manager in the Radio developing group. Mr. Cohen-Shahar holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science and MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Nathan Berkovitch, Marketing
Nathan Berkovitch serves as deputy VP sales of Clear Audio.
Prior joining Clear Audio Nathan Berkovitch was director of sales and business development of ART Advanced Recognition Technologies,
where he was responsible for the company's partners. Prior to that Nathan was director sales development for Marconi WLL, and before that AVP in ECI managing the HFC business unit.
Nathan holds a BSC from Tel Aviv university and MBA summa-cum-laude also from Tel Aviv University
